Mark Philipp Lorico was born in Long Beach, raised in the Bellflower area. Mark attended Mayfair High School. While attending high school he had joined a networking company his father had introduced him to. Mark had gain leadership skills and information no other teenager would appreciate. He later moved on to California State University of Long Beach, in the field of Real Estate Finance. While in college he gained experience through working in sales and in management with [b][i]Wells Fargo Bank[/i][/b] for 4 years. He had gain teamwork skills through his fraternity, elected as treasurer and was co-director of a major production at school. After school he then moved to sales as an Insurance Agent. Marketing was a great tool he had learned from working in field sales with the [b][i]Auto Club (AAA)[/i][/b]. After a couple years later he joined NationPoint a division of [b][i]Merrill Lynch Bank[/i][/b]. This was a division of Sub-Prime loans. Mark had closed a large volume of loans nationwide in his tenancy of the company. He had also learned how to cure many credit challenged clients to get them a home quickly… Mark had always loved real estate. His father a broker for more than 20 years had instilled this into his mind since Mark was a young boy. Mark has taken over the company has since doubled the amount of agents and has set a tight “Ship” stressing marketing for listings and quick service for loans and purchase clients. Mark is married to Melissa Perez and have a daugther together named Danica. To the people I serve: I thank you for letting me be a part of not only your life but the people you refer.
